THE RECORD

A master's in psychology from Harvard
She also holds a CPA in Narrative Medicine from Columbia University, and master-level hypnotherapy certifications through the International Association of Counselors and Therapists, the National Guild of Hypnotists, and the International Hypnosis Federation.

Now measuring hypnotherapy with NASA-grade neuroimaging
At Massachusetts General Hospital, Grace works with Dr. Vladimir Ivkovic, who directs the Laboratory for Neuroimaging and Integrative Physiology, to record what happens in the brain during a live hypnotherapy session. They use the NINscan, a device built and validated for NASA to measure astronaut brain activity in spaceflight.
